Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

To initiate a refund:

Email us at hello@lxdguild.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request within 5 business days and respond with the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
